Flexiline™ is a flexible layflat hose used for industrial pumping applications. It is robust and typically used for pumping pressures operating up to 15 Bar (1500kPa). It can be supplied with a large range of couplings, including Bauer, for quick-connect dewatering use. Lengths up to 20 m can be easily handled. However, for longer lengths, we recommend our reel systems; this makes the handling safe, quick and easy.
The polyurethane cover ensures maximum abrasion resistance and the textile reinforcement gives burst strength. Flexiline™ is available in 102 mm, 152 mm and 203 mm diameters. All hose is fully tested and a fitted assembly can be supplied with test certification.
FLEXILINE is flexible and has good handling characteristics. This hose is a strong, high quality lay flat which is also suitable for industrial pumping, dewatering hose, and civil works.
The flexiline hose is covered by a 1 year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.
